To schedule a consultation online at your preferred clinic location (HCA The Shard or The Harley Street Clinic), you will need to register as a New Patient to create a secure Patient Portal account.
Once your booking is successful, you will receive an instant confirmation email. Please note that in some cases, we may need to adjust the appointment time due to simultaneous diary bookings at the hospital. If any changes occur, you will be notified via email.

Our Office Hours
We’re available to assist you during our office hours, which are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, don’t worry if you need help outside of those hours – just send us an email, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
If you’re an existing patient and experience a clinical emergency following a surgical procedure, you can reach out to Dr. Andrich through WhatsApp.
We kindly ask that you reserve WhatsApp for clinical emergencies and avoid using it for administrative enquiries, unless you haven’t received a response to your email within a week (though we hope it doesn’t come to that!).
