The AdVance™ XP Male Sling System is a minimally invasive, retrourethral sling designed to treat mild stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in men, typically following prostate surgery.
The sling is implanted via a transobturator approach to reposition and support the bulbar urethra, restoring continence by enhancing urethral coaptation during physical activity.
It is suitable only for patients without prior pelvic radiotherapy and is an alternative to the artificial urinary sphincter, particularly for men who are unable or prefer not to manage a manual pump mechanism.
